After about a year of blogging elsewhere, I finally decided I needed a blog of my own. This blog is for stuff I’m interested in that’s not necessarily phonology-related enough to go on phonoloblog, and perhaps not of sufficiently general language-related interest to go on Language Log. (Though I am now cross-posting my Language Log posts on this blog.)
That said, I may just blog about phonology, linguistics, and language here from time to time — simply because that’s a lot of what I think and care about. But I also think and care about open access publishing, music, books, politics, and various other things, so I’ll occasionally blog about each of those things, too. Some of my blogging will probably just be random.
I guess we’ll just see how this all goes.
